Leeuwenbosch offers elegant Eastern Cape accommodation in the stylish Country House, classic Shearers Lodge and Eliweni. Leeuwenbosch Country House is set in its own lovely garden, offering guests a truly unique country experience.

The house comprises of 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms and a newly added suite. Guests will enjoy relaxing in the tranquil atmosphere of the old 1832 cellar pub where you can partake in a quiet game of billiards on the full size antique table.

Guests will be hosted by the Fowlds family who will provide genuine Eastern Cape accommodation hospitality. Leeuwenbosch is a very family orientated lodge as it has been in the Fowlds family since 1873.

Child Policy

Any Dietary requirements as well as medical conditions of the children must be advised prior to arrival. The Children's programme is based on a fully inclusive rate of : under 12 year old – half price, this includes: all meals, activities and accommodation. The children's programme is designed for children under the age of 8.

Children under the age of 6 years may not join the adult's game drive. The children will have their own activities and programme designed especially for their age group. Where possible special arrangements will be made to suit the families on Game drives.

Children dine earlier (7:00pm) than the parents and after dinner they will have the opportunity to watch a video in the family room. There are child minders to look after babies while the adults are on their game activities and meal times. Children under the age of 18 will not be served alcohol at the bar.

Children's Programme

On arrival the children will receive a kiddies welcome pack which will include: colouring fun: crayons, sweets, and lots of exciting goodies inside.
